At Swad Kitchen, we ensure timely delivery of freshly prepared meals right to your doorstep.

Delivery Locations: We deliver within selected areas. Kindly confirm whether your address falls within our service zone before placing an order.

Delivery Timings: Deliveries are made during lunch and dinner times. Specific time slots may be chosen while placing the order. We do our best to adhere to your preferred time slot, but delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.

Delivery Charges: Free delivery is offered for orders above a certain amount. For orders below that amount, a nominal delivery fee will be charged based on your location.

Unavailability at Delivery Time: It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the meal. If the customer is unavailable, the delivery will be considered successful, and no refunds will be made for missed deliveries.

Delivery Confirmation: A confirmation message will be sent once your meal has been dispatched. Please notify us immediately if there are any issues with delivery.
