Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Swad Kitchen, we strive to ensure timely and quality meal delivery. However, we understand that there may be situations requiring order cancellation or refunds.

Order Cancellation: Cancellations can only be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Subscription Cancellation: If you have subscribed to a meal plan, cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

Refund Policy: In the event of order cancellation before the cut-off time, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. No refunds will be made for late cancellations or missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

Quality Issues: If there is an issue with the quality of the meal, please contact us within 24 hours. After investigating, we may offer a replacement meal or a partial refund depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to decline refunds if the issue is not related to our service.
